Peckoltia is a genus of freshwater ray-finned fishes belonging to the family Loricariidae, the suckermouth armored catfishes, and the subfamily Hypostominae, the suckermouth catfishes. The catfishes on this genus are found in South America. Many of these fish are popular aquarium fish.
