Globosphaeria

Globosphaeria is a fungal genus that grows on lichens (lichenicolous fungi), containing the single species Globosphaeria jamesii. The fungus is characterised by dark, spherical fruiting bodies producing colourless, round spores, and is found growing on the lichen Normandina pulchella.
